The Review Process
Manuscripts may be submitted at any time. To be
considered for the issue published in the Summer, manuscripts must be
received by March
15. The process of review will begin upon receipt of
manuscripts that adhere to guidelines to authors.
At the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, manuscripts will be
returned to authors in the event the guidelines to authors have not been
followed. Associate and
Assistant editors will deliver manuscripts to appropriate reviewers;
preferably one student and one faculty member (who is neither an author on
the paper nor an advisor for the project).
The editors will collect the reviews and make one of the following
recommendations to the Editor-in-Chief regarding the paper:
accept without revisions
accept with minor revisions
accept with major revisions
reject
For manuscripts to appear in the Summer
issue, revisions must be received before May 1.
